WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SLEEP & SCREEN FRAMES?
The difference is that our Sleep lens blocks 99.9% of blue and green light where as our Screen lens blocks 99.9% of blue light only. Overexposure to the combination of blue and green light is stops your body from naturally producing the sleep hormone melatonin.
Our Screen lens will still help your body to naturally produce melatonin through blocking blue light only but our Sleep lens will have a much stronger effect.

WHEN SHOULD I WEAR MY LUCID SLEEP DREAMERS?

Wear: minimum 30 mins before bed or for up to 3 hours before sleep.

HOW DO DREAMERS COMPARE TO OTHER BLUE LIGHT GLASSES?

While they are not specifically designed for this purpose, members of our team do this and it works perfectly. It will also depend on your frame design too, if they are oversized etc.

ARE YOUR GLASSES AVAILABLE WITH PRESCRIPTION?
We don’t currently offer prescription lenses, but are working on bringing these to you in the future.

DO YOU HAVE BLUE LIGHT READING GLASSES?
CARING FOR YOUR DREAMERS AND OUR WARRANTY
We are very proud of the quality of our products at Dreamers. They are put through a strict QC process before they are dispatched to you and come standard with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. Our warranty includes any manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials and coatings. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, scratched/dislodged lenses, or exposure to excessive heat.
Here are some tips on how to care for your Dreamers:
· Always store your Dreamers in their case when you aren’t wearing them.
· Regularly clean your Dreamers with the Dreamers cleaning cloth.
· Never place the lenses face down onto any surface as this could damage them.
· Keep your Dreamers out of direct sunlight and heat as this may damage them.

Yes but make sure you get your natural light by heading outside ideally before 10am.
WHY ARE THE LENS COLORED? WHY CAN’T I HAVE CLEAR LENSES LIKE OTHER BRANDS?

WILL I GET COLOR DISTORTION?
With our Screen lens, there is a slight yellowish tint when looking at white colors, but in general you shouldn’t notice too much change in your color perception.
With our Sleep lens, there is an orange tint but your eyes will adjust and fill in the blue & green.
WHAT IS THE WARNING ON THE BOTTOM OF BOX?
