- You will receive an email after you have purchased your Dreamers with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your delivery.
- All shipping times below are an estimate only as shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions and peak times of the year.
Will I have to pay duties/VAT/GST to receive my item?
This depends on where you live. Any applicable duties/taxes/VAT are the sole responsibility of the backer. We have no control over additional duties/VAT so these fees (if applicable) may be imposed at the time of receiving your order. Any taxes or duties imposed by individual countries outside is not included in the sale price of your Dreamers.
Lost Parcel?
Dreamers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We want to you to be 100% happy with your Dreamers so we offer easy 30 day returns.
We've changed our 14 day return policy to 30 days so you get really get a chance to let Dreamers change your life.
All our returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The product is in new and saleable condition.
- Your refund will be credited to the same method from which original payment was made.
- Return request must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are free within the United States.
